All orders are processed Monday–Friday. Please allow 2–4 business days for order verification, processing, and packaging before your order ships. During high-volume releases or collection drops, processing times may be extended.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We ship exclusively through USPS to ensure reliable delivery nationwide.

USPS Ground Advantage

USPS Priority Mail

• Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after processing
• Faster delivery option with tracking and insurance included

Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.


International Shipping

Order Accuracy, Changes & Cancellations

To maintain fairness during drops:
Orders cannot be changed, canceled, or combined once placed.
• Please double-check your shipping address and item details before checkout.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• We are not responsible for packages once they are marked Delivered by USPS.
• If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
• For lost packages, please file a claim directly with USPS.


Pre-Orders

If an order contains a pre-order item, the entire order ships once all items are available. Pre-order timelines will always be listed on the product page.
